What is Desknomics?
Desknomics is a professional self-assessment tool that helps you understand how your workstation setup may be affecting your daily comfort, focus, and wellbeing. Unlike traditional ergonomic checklists that only audit equipment, Desknomics starts fromyour experience — how you feel during and after work — and then investigates workstation factors that may be contributing.
You answer a guided set of questions about your setup, habits, and any discomfort you experience. The platform analyses your responses across multiple evidence sources and gives you a personalised report with clear, practical recommendations — prioritised so you know what to address first.
How it works
Your data stays private. You can export or delete everything at any time. Assessments are reusable — track improvement over time by reassessing the same workstation.

Who built Desknomics?
Desknomics is a product of ergonomos CS UG, a consultancy based in Germany that brings ergonomic and safety expertise to organisations across Europe.
Ergonomos provides ergonomics consulting, workplace safety assessments, DSE workstation evaluation services, training, and advisory support for companies implementing health-and-wellbeing programmes. Desknomics extends this mission by making ergonomic self-assessment accessible to individuals and remote workers everywhere.
