2. Data We Collect on This Website

2.1 Server Log Files

Our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH, automatically collects and stores information in server log files automatically transmitted by your browser. These include: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page/URL, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL. This data is processed for the technical operation and security of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a stable and secure website).

2.2 Account Data

When you create an account via email sign-in, we store your email address. Optionally, you may provide your first name, last name, and country. This data is processed to provide your account and the service (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).

2.3 Workstation and Assessment Data

We store the workstations you register, your assessment answers, scores, and generated recommendations. You may optionally upload workstation photos. This data is processed to provide the ergonomic assessment service (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.4 Contact and Waitlist Forms

When you use our contact or waitlist forms, we process the details you provide (name, email address, and message content) solely to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

3. Email Communication (Magic Links)

We send sign-in (magic link) emails and transactional notifications through Resend, our email delivery provider. To send these emails, your email address is processed by Resend under their data processing agreement (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 28 GDPR processing agreement).

4. Hosting

This website and all associated data are hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH at data centers in the EU. Hetzner processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide the service. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Completed assessment reports may be retained in accordance with legal retention obligations where applicable.

6. Your Rights Under the GDPR

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
